Payment Policy

​At The Vacation Voyage, we are committed to providing a seamless and secure booking experience. Please review our payment policy outlined below:​

1. Payment Terms:

  • Advance Payment: To confirm your booking, we require an advance payment of 50% of the total tour cost at the time of reservation.​
  • Balance Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid 15 days prior to the commencement of the tour. For bookings made within 15 days of the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of booking

2. Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please note that payments made via credit cards will incur an additional charge of 3% of the total invoice amount.

  • Digital Wallets: Payments through select digital wallets are accepted. Please contact us for more information.​

3. Payment Security:

We prioritize the security of your payment information. All online transactions are encrypted using SSL technology to ensure your data remains confidential.

4. Currency and Pricing:

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments must be made in INR. For international clients, the equivalent amount in your local currency will depend on the prevailing exchange rates at the time of payment.​

5. Taxes and Surcharges:

All government taxes, service charges, and levies are included in the total tour cost unless specified otherwise. Any additional surcharges will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Payment Confirmation:

Upon successful payment, a confirmation receipt will be sent to your registered email address. Please retain this receipt for your records.​
