Spiti Valley is a cold desert mountain valley located high in the Himalayas in the northeastern part of the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. The name “Spiti” means “The middle land”, i.e. the land between Tibet and India. It is bound to leave you in awe of the mountains. This cold desert has tons of features to show for itself; from high mountain passes, to unbelievable monasteries, astonishing culture, architecture and much more. It is a rugged high altitude land where the air is much drier than other high altitude places, temperatures drop below zero at night but still remains the land to enchant you and makes for a hell of a trip for all.
Itinerary
Day 0 Depart From Delhi Aroudn 7:30 Pm
- We depart from Delhi around 7:30 PM in an AC Vehicle. (Know the true value of time; snatch, seize, and enjoy every moment of it.)
- Pit stop for dinner at any decent roadside restaurant
Day 1 Reach Manali | Self Exploration | Stay In Manali
- Check in to the hotel, freshen up A short brief for the next day to start our trip further We have kept this day for acclimatization purposes.
- Later head-out for self-exploration of Manali - Like Vasishta Temple, Hadimba temple, The Mall Road. Come back to the Hotel
- Overnight stay at the hotel
Day 2 Journey From Manali To Kaza Via Atal Tunnel | Stay In Kaza
- Wake up, have breakfast and check out the hotel.
- Later start your journey to Spiti Valley. Crossover to Lahaul by passing through the adventure heaven - The Atal Tunnel and watch the terrain change from the lush green valleys to brown deserts.
- Later we will pass by Kunzum La, another high altitude pass at 14,931 ft. It’s the gateway to Spiti Valley
- We will visit key monastery, kibber & chicham bridge
- Reach Kaza by evening
- Dinner and overnight stay in Kaza
Day 3 Visit, Hikkim, Komic, Langza | Stay In Kaza Homestay
- Post breakfast, head out to Visit Hikkim (Home to the highest post office in the world, send postcards to your loved ones), Komik and eat at the highest cafe in the world. Langza (The site for the holy Buddha Statue).
- Return to Kaza, explore Kaza local market & cafes
- Dinner & Overnight stay in Kaza
Day 4 Start Your Journey From Kaza To Chandra Taal Lake | Overnight Stay In Near Chandrataal
- Wake up, have breakfast and check out. Later depart for Chandra Taal Lake
- Losar, the last village of Spiti Valley
- Sightseeing stoppage at Kunzum Pass
- Reach Chandra Taal by noon and explore the real beauty of that terrain and in evening check in your camps.
- Have dinner, Overnight stay under the gaze of Billion stars and the Milky way Galaxy.
Note: Stay in Chandra Taal depends on weather conditions
Day 5 Start Your Journey Back To Manali | Overnight Travel To Delhi
- Wake up, have breakfast and check out.
- Later depart for Manali, Reach Manali by afternoon. After some rest, we board the Volvo to Delhi.
Day 6 Reach Delhi
- Reach Delhi in the morning with lots of amazing memories to remember for lifetime

- Accommodation for 4 nights – 1 Night at Manali, 2 Nights at Kaza, 1 Night at Chandratal camping. 8 meals throughout the trip – 1 Meal on Day 1 (dinner) + 2 Meals on Day 2 (Breakfast + Dinner) + 2 Meals on Day 3 (Breakfast + Dinner) + 2 Meals on Day 4 (Breakfast + Dinner) + 1 Meals on Day 5 (Breakfast) No lunch is included. Exclusion
- GST (5%) is applicable extra.
- The package doesn't include the cost of any form of insurance, rescue, evacuation, hospitalization and entry tickets.
- Other expenses such as drinks and tips are not included
- Any additional expenses such as of personal nature.
- Additional accommodation/food costs incurred due to any delay travel. Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in Package Inclusions.
- Any Airfare / Rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions” or any type of transportation.
- Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing
- Additional Costs due to Flight Cancellations, Landslides, Roadblocks, and other natural calamities.
- Any other services not specified above in inclusions.
Important Notes
- Travelers residing outside Delhi are suggested to book trains/flights reaching Delhi not later than 5 pm on the trip start day.
- Similarly on trip end date book returning flights/trains leaving post 2 pm.
- Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, physical abilities of participant etc may cause itinerary change.
- We reserve the rights to change any schedule in the interest of safety, comfort & general wellbeing.
- The age limit of our group departures is 16 – 42 years due to the power packed itineraries that we provide to our travelers.
- We can customize trips for travelers beyond the mentioned age bracket.
