Overview & Highlights
Spiti Valley is a cold desert mountain valley located high in the Himalayas in the northeastern part of the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. The name “Spiti” means “The middle land”, i.e. the land between Tibet and India. It is bound to leave you in awe of the mountains. This cold desert has tons of features to show for itself; from high mountain passes, to unbelievable monasteries, astonishing culture, architecture and much more. It is a rugged high altitude land where the air is much drier than other high altitude places, temperatures drop below zero at night but still remains the land to enchant you and makes for a hell of a trip for all.
Itinerary
Day 0 Delhi - Shimla
- We start our journey to this magnificent place called “Spiti” from Delhi.
- Departure at around 9 pm.
Day 1 Shimla - Sarahan
- Today morning we will Reach Shimla and The Adventure begins.
- Breakfast in Shimla. 6-7 hour drive to Sarahan
- Travel along the Sutlej river , Visit Bhimkali Temple of Sarahan
- Evening arrival in Sarahan, check-in, dinner, and rest
Day 2 Sarahan – Chitkul
Early start and breakfast. Visit Baspa river & “hindustan ka Akhri Dhaba” in Chitkul via Kinnaur Valley Visit the last check post. Drive to Nako with stops at Khab Sangam. Evening arrival in Nako, check-in, and dinner.
Day 3 Chitkul to Nako
- Tabo is a very mystical village that has a history of more than 1,025 years. Today our group will try go get an insight into the life of villagers and visit the nearby caves at Tabo.
- After that, we'll move towards Kaza (Headquarter of Spiti), where we will be staying for the following days.
Day 4 Nako to Kaza via Dhankar & Tabo
- Visit Nako Lake & View point
- Transfer to Kaza on the way visit tabo Monastery
- Reach kaza in evening & Check in and dinner
Day 5 Kaza Local Sightseeing
- We will visit the Famous Key Monastery which is built on a mountain hill. it was founded by Dromtön, a pupil of the famous teacher, Atisha, in the 11th century.
- Post key we will visit Kibber Village via Chicham. Which is famous for spotting snow leaders and for being the highest bridge in Asia.
- Visit Hikim - Highest post office, Komic - World's highest village, Langza,
Day 6 Kaza - Kalpa
- Morning Marks as the last day at Kaza so to make sure we don't miss out on anything we will have a small walk in the town and observe the scenic beauty of the place once again.
- We will then hit the roads to reach Kalpa via Nako village where we will be having an overnight stay
Day 7Departure to Delhi
- Wake up relaxed in the morning and have Breakfast with a majestic view of Kalpa.
- Post breakfast explores Kalpa and visit a nearby suicide point and have some photographs clicked and some insta savy reels before we leave for Delhi via Shimla.

Exclusion
- GST (5%) is applicable extra.
- Any kind of food or beverage that is not included in the package like alcoholic drinks, mineral water, meals/refreshments/lunch on the highway
- Any personal expenses like a tip to the driver, entry to monuments/monasteries, camera/video charges, laundry, telephone expenses, tips, etc.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like land slides, road blocks etc (to be borne diercty by the customer on the spot)
- Anything not mentioned in the inclusions
Important Notes
- Travelers residing outside Delhi are suggested to book trains/flights reaching Delhi not later than 5 pm on the trip start day.
- Similarly on trip end date book returning flights/trains leaving post 2 pm.
- Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, physical abilities of participant etc may cause itinerary change.
- We reserve the rights to change any schedule in the interest of safety, comfort & general wellbeing.
- The age limit of our group departures is 16 – 42 years due to the power packed itineraries that we provide to our travelers.
- We can customize trips for travelers beyond the mentioned age bracket.
